Our complex is a seven-story high-rise with 63 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. Four of the total 69 units are handicapped accessible. Each unit comes furnished with a stove and a refrigerator.

Rent is based on 30% of a family’s gross household income. Heat and electricity are included in rent.

The building has a community room and kitchen that is available for tenant use free of charge. A laundry room, exercise room, and onsite parking are additional amenities available.

Management is onsite weekdays and an emergency maintenance line is monitored on evenings and weekends. The building is equipped with 37 security cameras and secured front and back entry doors. Park Apartments is a 100% smoke-free building.

A grocery store is located across the street. A dollar store, the post office, and the library are within walking distance.

The HRA also owns and manages eight homes in St. James, 6 of which have three bedrooms and 2 of which have four bedrooms.
