Park Apartments is a low-income housing complex, featuring units with one or two bedrooms. The cost of utilities is included in rent. Each unit has a stove and refrigerator, smoke detectors, cable hookup, and an air conditioner.

Our complex has a large community room/recreational area that is available for all residents to use. It is the responsibility of residents to clean up any mess they make while using the shared space.

Park Apartments has on-site laundry, parking, and an exercise room. Our complex is also equipped with an elevator for easy transportation to different floors.

Our friendly and knowledgeable management staff is on site throughout the week to assist residents with anything they might need. We also offer full maintenance services, as well as emergency services for evenings and weekends.
